Our approach
We aim to make website content clear, understandable and usable with common browsers, mobile devices, keyboard navigation, zoom and assistive technologies. We use plain language where practical, descriptive headings, readable contrast and meaningful link text.
Accessibility standard
We aim to improve the website towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA. We have not yet commissioned a complete independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim that every page or third-party feature fully meets that standard.
Known limitations
Some older images may not yet have complete alternative text. Some colour combinations, embedded content, social-media features, payment services or functions supplied by third parties may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. Older downloadable documents may not be fully accessible. We are reviewing these areas as the website is updated.
Using the website
Most modern browsers allow you to enlarge text, zoom the page, change colours or use reading and accessibility tools. You should be able to navigate the main menu and links using a keyboard. If a feature does not work with your assistive technology, please tell us.
Alternative formats and assistance
If you need information in another format, help completing an enquiry, or a reasonable adjustment when communicating or booking, contact us by email or telephone. Please explain what information you need and the format or adjustment that would help. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
Reporting an accessibility problem
If you find an accessibility problem, contact:
Email: hello@slushcandypop.co.uk
Telephone: 07842 659 302
Please include the page address, a description of the issue, the browser or assistive technology used, and your preferred contact method. This helps us investigate and improve the website.
Third-party content
The website may link to or embed services provided by Webador, payment processors, mapping, video or social-media platforms. We cannot control every aspect of these services, but we welcome reports of difficulties and will provide an alternative route where reasonably possible.
Reviewing this statement
We will review this statement when material website changes are made and aim to review it at least annually.
