Your guests’ safety is extremely important to us. Please tell CandyPop about all dietary and allergen requirements before confirming your booking so we can advise which services and ingredients may be suitable.
Allergen information
Ingredient and allergen information is available on request and an allergen-information notice is displayed at our food and drink stations. Although our team follows food-safety procedures, allergens may be present in the preparation or service environment. We therefore cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free service.
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options
Selected popcorn, candyfloss and slush options are suitable for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free guests. Vegetarian and vegan hot dogs may be available when arranged in advance. Product suitability can change, so every dietary requirement must be confirmed for your individual booking.
Children and special requirements
Glycerol-free slush options are available for children when requested. For schools, care homes and events involving elderly or vulnerable guests, please provide all dietary information early so we can recommend the safest practical service. Contact us before booking if you need ingredient details or separate equipment arrangements.
