We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and event address, event date and venue details, service requirements, guest numbers, correspondence, quotation and booking information, payment status, website enquiry details and any dietary, allergen or accessibility information you choose to provide.

We do not normally receive or store full payment-card details. Payments are processed by our payment providers.

We collect information when you contact us, submit an enquiry form, request a quotation, make a booking or payment, communicate with us by email, telephone or social media, attend an event, or use our website. We may also receive information from an authorised event organiser, venue or business contact acting on your behalf.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries; prepare quotations; manage bookings, payments, delivery, setup and collection; provide requested services; communicate important event information; manage safety, dietary and accessibility requirements; keep business and accounting records; prevent fraud; resolve complaints; improve our services; and comply with legal obligations.

Core booking and financial records may normally be retained for up to six years after the relevant transaction. Unsuccessful enquiry information is reviewed and deleted when no longer needed.
